Good and Evil: Which Are We?

A quick note: this one is audio-only.

In Romans 3:9-20, Scripture confronts humanity with a difficult but necessary truth: apart from Christ, none are righteous before God. This sermon explores the holiness of God, the sinfulness of mankind, and the reality that sin separates us from the One we were created to know. Rather than measuring goodness against other people, Romans calls us to see ourselves in light of God’s perfect righteousness.

Yet the Gospel shines brightly against the backdrop of our guilt. Jesus Christ lived the righteous life we failed to live and died in the place of sinners so that all who repent and believe in Him may be forgiven and reconciled to God. Salvation is not earned through fairness or personal effort, but given freely by grace through faith in Christ.

If you are searching for hope, the message of the Gospel is clear: sinners may be brought near to God through Jesus Christ. We invite you to gather with Refuge Church Centralia as we continue walking through God’s Word together.
