A Prayer for You This Mother’s Day
Whether today feels joyful, heavy, or somewhere in between - you are seen.
Mother’s Day can hold a lot.
For some, it’s a day of gratitude and celebration. For others, it carries grief, longing, or quiet exhaustion. Wherever you find yourself today, we want you to know this: You are not unseen.
God’s Word reminds us:
From Isaiah 66:13: “As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you.”
From Psalm 127:3: “Children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward.”
The care, love, and sacrifice we often associate with motherhood point us to something deeper. They reflect the heart of God - His compassion, His patience, and His presence. And whether your role is seen by many or only known in quiet moments…
It matters.
A Prayer for You
Father,
Thank You for the women You have placed in our lives. For their care, their strength, and their love.
You see every unseen moment - every act of service, every sacrifice, every quiet faithfulness.
Encourage those who are weary. Comfort those who are grieving. Bring peace to those who are longing.
Remind them that they are known and loved by You. And draw them close to Yourself through Jesus Christ.
